Coming Soon, The Constitution Of The United States

Each day I will print a portion of the Constitution. I do this so everyone can read and understand what is at stake. Our government, I believe will chip away at these articles of freedom until the Constitution is nothing but a worthless parchment. In the meantime check out the blog and give us your feedback on the issues.

What about the healthcare bill they are trying to shove down our throats? How about something this big needs to be voted on by the people. Here's a good one let Congressman and Senators have government health care and see how it works. Aren't most of them old people....what are they worth....nothing as far as I can tell.

Yes, the healthcare bill.
- It is not going to put other healthcare providers out of business!
- You can keep your existing healthcare or go with this one, which should be a lower cost
- To all those people that argue we are turning into a "socialist" society because of the healthcare reform: - with all the people losing jobs that can't afford healthcare - should we just let them die rather then give them affordable healthcare? Think about the children.. the cute lil children whose parents are scared to take them to the doctor because the bills keep piling up..
- For those saying small businesses will close - it does not affect small businesses.
-For those that argue that taxes will go up: preventive care saves money in the long run. Like putting oil in your car saves your engine from blowing up! By offering affordable preventative care (doctor's visits), this will save from ER visits and hopspital bills down the line.
-And despite what I keep hearing, the hospitals ARE supposed to accept anyone whose ill - regardless of wheter or not they have insurance.

Anyhow, that's my thoughts on it.

Do you honestly believe what you are saying. You need to get informed on the subject. I'm just as passionate and concerned about the indigent but our tax dollars only go so far. You sound like one of those die hard liberals that are running us into the ground.
